Trask River Apartments

My son and I were starting over in life when we found this place almost a year and half ago. Stephen the manager has been great to deal with. The apartment is self is in great shape and well insulated ( barely use my heat). Pet friendly which is a huge plus since I have a dog. The neighbors are great as well! My sister is thinking of moving from Australia to Tillamook and I will be sending her an application! Great place!

Management piss poor.... Was guaranteed keys at screening,3applications Later, broke my son's heart,when we denied,aledged Felony that when documented and proven to be a mistameaner, not one thing done... And on this day 6/11/2018 when talking to a mr. . Won't say who,hung up at the very word of this...way to go owners right hand man..... And there ya hvae it folks....

Pretty spacious and nice place well maintained yard and court area.

Way too over priced horrible management

Old and run down. Property ill kept.
