Won’t be returning in the future. Drove 30 miles to rent their equipment. It broke down 20 minutes into the job. Loaded it up and returned it immediately. They still charged a hefty fee for the equipment that literally accomplished nothing. Not the way to keep customers.

We rented a splitter 2-3 years ago and the service was excellent. This time not so much. We requested a roofing pneumatic nail gun. It did not work so I brought it back (30 min drive each way). The man I spoke to about it took it to the back. When he returned he treated me with complete disdain asking if we had a high enough PSI. Our compressor was running at 120 and we had been running our other nail gun no problem. So yeah, it had enough pressure. I returned to the job site. When I opened the gun to remove the nails he left in the gun I realized it was a SIDING gun . So, I drove back to the shop and finally got what we'd asked for the first time. Three trips to get one gun, 3 hours of driving and at least an hour tryng to figure out why the gun wouldn't work. They wasted half a day I cou

They are really helpful when it comes to giving tips and information on the tools they rent out. I recommend their services.

My family rented a brush hog to use and it didn't stay running. We literally were 20 mins after the 4 hr refund time and they wouldn't refund our money. It was their machine that was having problems. At least try to do something to make the experience a good one. First and only time I'll rent anything from there.

Called to get our zero turn mower repaired. I was told they were two weeks out and someone would contact to pick up mower. Two weeks go by and didn't hear back. Called and was told it would be another two weeks until they could get to it. Another two weeks and still haven't heard from them. At least call and let me know you can't get to it. Its a shame when you can't rely on a local business. Took the mower to Boyd's Implement instead. Will not use Tillamook Rental in the future.
