This was unfortunately my second time dealing with Tricor Title and 2nd time was much worse than the first, which is impressive as they screwed up the 1st time severely as well. Sephanie, I can’t describe as anything other than completely incompetent and dishonest. Days before we were to close, she finally reviewed documents on file. She stated she hadn’t looked prior because she had “I assumed everything was in order.” She tells me Oregon will not accept a Washington court order days prior to close. Then several times a day she would give me a totally different story and answer to what could and couldn’t be done. Last minute suddenly Oregon Magically accepted a Washington court order and she was wrong the entire time! Do not you this title company for any reason!

Jill failed to acknowledge or reply to emails from our counsel, and Daniella failed to follow through on agreements for our sale property and purchase property. As a result, our closing paperwork was bungled, causing a 5-digit unexpected tax liability. I could not be more aghast and disappointed at the poor quality of service. Avoid at all costs!
