Lighthouse Property Management

We are the property owners. We used this company for our rental in Tillamook. The lack of communication was astounding. They did not return calls, emails took days and second requests to respond. When they did respond they sounded like we were a bother. Our renters did not even know the garage was there for them to use.

Dealing with this property management company has been an absolute nightmare. It took them over three weeks to respond to our rental inquiry, and only after I repeatedly reached out to someone named Heather on October 28th, 31st, and November 2nd. Despite my persistence, she ignored me until I sent a final message on November 7th, explaining that we were holding off on other options and needed an answer. Heather finally responded that day, claiming she would process our application immediately—but it wasn’t done until November 8th. From that point, there was radio silence again until I called the office on November 13th, only to find out from someone named Ivy that our application was approved. We agreed on a move-in date of the 19th, and I was instructed to pay the rent and deposit onlin

Trish has done a marvelous job in managing my rental in Netarts. Any time I have a question or a concern she handles things quickly and completely. She is very easy to work with, and really listens to what and how I want things done. I have never failed to receive the rent payment on time, and the statement she sends with it is very professional. Tax time is easy with the records she provides. Whenever I have needed upkeep to be done on the house she has arranged it all. I live in the Gresham area, and work full time. So, running back and forth to the beach is not something I can do. I trust her completely to take care of everything, and she has never failed to do so. Now, after three years I have decided it's time to sell the place, and she is even working with the realtor to ease my way

Totally professional service. I have been with Lighthouse Property management for the last few years and I have nothing but praise for Trish. I don't know what I would of done without her. She is the best at what she does. I will be forever grateful for her and recommend Lighthouse to everyone that needs a property management professional. thank you.

As a contractor (Homer's critter control) Trish contacted me to check out a rat infestation at a home Netarts. I explained in detail what needed to be done. She said thanks and would have her handy man do it. I should not have gone into detail? She did pay me when she wrote checks on the 15. I'll be a little more careful in the future.
