*This place has changed management/property ownership 3 times in the 2 years that I've been here, so some of this may be based on different property managers and not current management. This is all just based on my experiences living in my unit and seeing a few of the other units here. Section 8 units available (I'm not living in one, but I know some buildings here have some already and other units are being turned into Sec 8). Overall: I've lived in a perfect, brand new apartment complex before with all the amenities and wonderful staff and I've lived in horrible places that were detrimental to my health and managed horribly by slum lords - all in the Bay Area where I've been raised. If you're just looking for a place to just do your thing in an apartment that's decent/meets basic needs

Jasmyn at the front office has totally changed my experience and getting an apartment. She has been so helpful and so nice. It’s been such a calm, smooth transition to a new beginning to a new chapter thanks to trailview !

My partner has lived here 5+ years and the previous managers were horrible nothing got done, thank god for the new management there getting things inorder! Sam helped us so much into getting our own place as well! Making it a smooth transition!

Zero stars. This is my parking spot. So what happens when my car catches fire? NOTHING. Who cares ? NOBODY . After months on end of asking for help. It is unresolved AS ALWAYS. Corporate responded to my previous review stating they would try to accommodate. No accommodations were ever made.

I usually don’t like to leave reviews; however, I don’t want anyone else to make the mistake of moving here. I have lived here for several years, and throughout my time here, they have changed management several times. Each time, they promise that they will do better; however, it seems that it’s getting worse, particularly with the maintenance team. The current maintenance team is very unprofessional. They talk badly about the front desk staff and management. When asked why my work, which they promised would be completed, hasn’t been done, they blame the management and inform me that the staff is the problem because they are never at work and are lazy. In reality, the maintenance team is the problem because they directly promise to come back and never show up. I have had a crack in my liv
