Brand new apartment complex. Great amenities! Modern designed apartments. Plenty of parking. And affordable rent. And it's near gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. Great view of the mountains from the 5th floor.

What’s happening to this property to get kind of run down so fast? As a neighbor, I drive by here almost daily & what I see doesn’t seem a great advertisement. The owner(s) either don't care or are not around. The other apartments in the area seem to have their outside areas in shape. 1. The grounds to the south are 50% dead grass & what is not dead is way overdue for a mow. 2. Already I see a bent window-screen on the end & wonder if it’s from a crime.

Just moved in, loving it so far. Beautiful newly renovated apartments. Awesome location with a trail right behind for running, walking, biking, a gym across the street with restaurants and a grocery store down the road. Friendly and attentive staff. Rent is affordable and there are great amenities! Only thing I wish I had was a pool but it’s a worthy sacrifice to be in such a beautiful spot.

This is the worse place i ever lived in my life ever there was always used to be fire alarms happening constantly one time the trash room got set on the sprinkle things turned on and almost the whole 1st floor was flooded with water theres spit in the elevators all the time this place is terrible
