Left the premises on The last day of August. Did my due diligence with cleaning the premises and attended a walk-through. Elena tried to pin things on me that was left from prior tenants, and was very rude as well. I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me, since I always made my payments on time every month and I received the apartment in a worse condition then I was leaving it. Please take pictures of any apartment you are renting from this facility (before and after),or avoid at all costs. Gave Elena 30 days to provide an itemized deduction list from the security deposit which she failed to provide. I contacted her on the 30th day informing her that a FULL security deposit was expected, since she forfeited her right to deduct since she didn’t provide any information of deductions.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I NEVER write reviews but the practice of Tina Gantz and Elena Katarsky was so appealing, I feel the need to warn people about what they are getting into. I was looking to rent for 1 year hoping this realtor would than help me buy 1 year later. I wanted to build a relationship for repeat business. This is no longer the case. I looked at my dream apartment on a holiday weekend. It was a Saturday. I worked furiously to fill out my application because properties are a first-come, first serve basis. Tina indicated there was another person who was interested but was not as far into the application as I was. During my HOURS spent with Tina filing out the application. Elena called. Reception was spotty and Tina could not get whatever information

I've worked with Bruce Garrison several times over the past few years and Bruce recently listed and sold a home for me. I won a lawsuit again this office, they still owe me $4,200 awarded from the case. Still waiting in my money!!! Will be filling a new claim against this company if she does not respond to me with payment plan. We have been renting a home for our family and home based business from this company & have had many issues such as 3 separate sewage floods taking away the use of a large section of our home and workspace, we have birds living in walls/ceiling from missing vent caps, UGI found the electrical setup to be illegal, among many other issues like space being taken up by their business materials that were promised to be have been removed and have not been, among other issues. Owner has refused to fix these issues, even though there are several code enforcement violation notices on file r
