I thought Sarah was a Professional until I took a trip to my rental property. It was filthy inside with mouse droppings everywhere. Not to mention the painter she contracted, a complete amateur. All services were paid up front, biggest lost I took. I had to travel to my rental property to get it in some sort of shape. Sarah was viewing my House to renters in that condition. No wonder I did not have any potential renters. Do not use her service she will nickel and dime you for any little service.

I recently started working with Sarah and I must say she's on point. Very helpful knowledgeable in terms of rental processes. Sarah was able to get two of my units rented relatively quickly with qualified tenants. On the communication aspect she responds to my calls and texts pretty quickly which is great. Finding a good property manager is very difficult but I must say happy to work with her. If your looking for a good property manager that works and is very transparent in terms of managing your property. She is definitely someone you I would recommend.

Sarah helped me get into my first apartment with my daughter, the apartment is very beautiful & a wonderful size. It also has great lighting and is on a quiet street with great neighbors. She made the rental process so simple & explained every step in the process for me. The move was very smooth and I really appreciate her checking in to see how things went. She’s very attentive and super helpful as well as very kind. I would definitely recommend renting from her. Thank you so much for giving the perfect home to me & my daughter!

SARAH HALL IS TERRIBLE AT HER JOB. I BELIEVE A TODDLER WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN “STILETTO PROPERTIES” LOL

My husband and I have only had good experiences with Stiletto Property Management. Sarah has always been responsive and professional to any maintenance issue we have had. The maintenances guy Elijah is a big improvement over the last guy. Elijah is friendly, courteous and professional. Plus, he does a great job too!
