Heritage Point Apartments

My Family moved into the community just about a year ago. It was quite calm and clean it has changed with in a short period of time. There’s no maintenance worker for the property manager’s that run the community come & go. Trash is outside of the bin which looks bad. Rocks are all through out the parking lot.

I have been living here for four years and it used to be a nice place to stay. Typically I have no issues here. However lately it's been crazy Because maintenance is barely there, neither is management. We have both the residents and the surrounding neighborhood kids banging on people's doors. It seems like nothing is being done to ensure a peace of mind for people that DO live there and pay rent. More importantly, these adults need to be made aware of their kids and gain control. No one should have to live with being harassed. DO SOMETHING!

Front office team accommodating and helpful. A very clean surrounding except for people who don't value peace and being neighborly. This is a NON- smoking facility. Parking is open providing everyone follows house policy. This is a hidden treasure if the the right people continues to move in. Always seem to have a few who don't appreciate a good thing. So If you have a hidden agenda, find another place like Sherman Hail/Hell. LOL

This apartment complex is a nuisance. The tenants drive the wrong way down the one way street, stay up partying and carrying on until all hours. I have called the office about this and they never answer or return calls. If they had responded, I would have never written this review. I will be reporting this to the city. It’s a shame this neighborhood has to deal with this. I assumed they handled the situation and that is why I didn’t get a response but it continues. Please control your tenants!

4 months since we did carpet cleaning in 3 of these units and company just gives us the run around about payment. If you are a contractor or cleaner do not do work for these people.
