No handy cap access roaches maintenance doesn't speak English refuses to fix things and your not allowed to have any dishes or boxed food (it's called clutter)and even if you pay your rent you are evicted, this year I have been given/taped to my door a notice of eviction. You go to call the 24 hr maintenance about a leaky roof and they don’t come when you call they hang up on you and leave u sit in ur apartment for two hours they don’t have carbon monoxide detectors they don’t do anything maintenance wise at all there’s even a crack under the window sile they refuse to fix after 3 years they won’t change the doors after they have been kicked in and the windows are put in backwards and haven’t cleaned the furnace in the 3 years and no fire extinguishers or roof sprinklers in case of fire or handicap access infestation of roaches and fruit flies and mice and get blamed for the infestation and being told we would get evicted if we don’t take care of it the electrical sockets are not up to date and capped one off in the kitchen stove was glued to floor when the

My family and I moved in back in 2014. When we moved in, things were great. Paperwork was completed, and if something needed to be fixed, it was done in a timely manner. Then Interfaith Heights was bought out, changed it's name to Emunah Manor and employed a bunch of people who don't know what they're doing. Radiant Property Management in NJ runs this place. I went to Teresa Smith about problems with my apartment. The windows were installed incorrectly and blew in cold air. The outlets didn't work, and we're a fire hazard. My shower rumbled and shook the house, we were told it does that lol! The men employed to fix the apartments aren't qualified to do so. We gave 3 months to fix the issues. I highly don’t recommend anyone applying for this place. If you wanna keep a good rental record don’t do it they falsely/ wrongly take you to court for evictions that you might win in court but will still show on eviction records and will have a hard time moving from this place because all the other landlords can see is you was in court for eviction not that you won. Then I lived here five years been deal with electric problems every since this place is a fire hazard I went through five microwave three figures I’ve had to replace 4 flat screens tvs me and my kids are asthmatics and we have lost three humidifiers. This is NOT the place to rent. I had mice issues after living there for two years and never having that issue before. We was catching about 8 to 12 mice a day it was only happening upstairs so we started only sleeping downstairs, a maintenance man came and try to patch holes he told us that we should just move because we were the 15th unit complaining about mice. Police there everyday and kids harassing everyone and breaking into people’s cars. There’s a building behind here and everyone is leaving to live at emunah manor and it’s a bunch of drug dealing hoodlum, someone got shot not to long ago AND they reported an eviction on my credit when I gave them 30 days notice and signed papers that I was Leaving. It’s horrible here. DONT DO IT. Management’s is horrible they steal your rent money
