Tracy Hills Welcome Center

Last week I was driving on I5 to I580 towards the Bay Area, at 105F with high winds. The warning light of engine overheating, so I stopped on the freeway shoulder. Water had leaked, so I added my drinking water, but not enough, so I called AAA. I waited an hour with trucks on one side and rattlesnakes on the other, in this inhospitable desert. Then I got message that I had to wait another hour. So I searched on the map for services, and saw a housing development at the next exit in less than a mile. I thought it was close enough to find water. I got to this Corral Hollow exit of I-580, and right there was this "Tracy Hills Welcome Center". I went in with few bottles I had, but the clerk said that I could not get water because I was not a member of the community. I tried to get some f

I take my 5 🌟 back if humans can't help with water for your overheating car or even ask you if you're ok ..but they ask you to leave the building..I'm sorry but we are all humans. Be kind to others..thanks. You

Pretty spacious clubhouse with a lounge, party area, heated swimming pool and a convenience store. Landscaping is nice with ample open space. They also have kept couple of games out there.

My wife and I work in the tech field and decided to buy a home in Tracy Hills in Nov 2019. It was honestly the best decision of our lives! Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1.) Very Beautiful & Family oriented community with walking and biking trails. 2.) Homes are extremely spacious and very affordable! 3.) Mega development project, lead by giant builders! 4.) Customer service has been amazing from home purchase to services 5.) Work from home culture will continue to grow; community has plans to build 5000+ homes 6.) ACE train is 5min away and takes you to Fremont in 55min 7.) A lot of transportation development taking place to connect to Bart Cons: 1.) Restaurant choices are not as diverse as the Peninsula 2.)
