JJPM has exceeded our expectations. We were reluctant to enlist a property management company. Looking back, we should have done it immediately . Their process is smooth and efficient , even for those who are new to the industry. We were connected to Dora Valencia as our property manager. She is a POWERHOUSE! She is professional , warm and get's it ALL done . Dora truly is a force and I look forward to seeing where her career takes her. JJPM has these great extras as well. They send emails to alert us in current law changes, update their systems to stay up to date with the market and provide a personal customer experience that is VERY REFRESHING. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. Immediately after moving in, I discovered significant mold underneath the bathroom vanity—an issue that was clearly pre-existing and not disclosed prior to occupancy. Under California tenant rights and the implied warranty of habitability, rental units are required to be safe, sanitary, and habitable at the time of move-in. This unit was not. When I reported the mold and expressed health and safety concerns, management’s response was dismissive, rude, and lacked even a basic acknowledgment or apology. The seriousness of a mold issue was minimized rather than addressed with professionalism. Because the unit was not habitable and because of how the situation was handled, I requested to be released from the lease. The lack of t

They go above and beyond to provide excellent and prompt service. I have worked closely with them for the last year, Des the property Manager and Mary in the service department are very knowledgeable and absolute pleasure to work with when I have questions or issues arise. I would highly recommend J Johnson Property management whether you're a tenant or a property owner looking for an excellent company to handle all your needs with promptness, Knowledge and care.

I've worked with several property management companies over the last 20 years, but J. Johnson Property Management is by far THE BEST! Whenever I have issues they are quick to respond, and if anything is needed, they handle it right away! When my heater broke down during an awful winter freeze they were able to get someone over to my house that afternoon and my unit was repaired ASAP. They also helped me find a new tenant for my rental! Their staff is friendly and professional, and I couldn't be happier with their services.

My application fee's were stolen from me by this company. I applied to a house for rent that was taken off market without a clear explanation. I spoke with this company via email and requested to be reimbursed and they agreed. This was July 26th 2024 it is now Sep 12 2024 and I've called and sent follow up emails and still haven't received my refund. I'd like people to know how companies treat people when it is not in their benefit to do the right thing. Lack of follow up and completion of what you agreed to is inappropriate. Now I'll have to attempt to dispute with Credit Card Company since you guys lack the ability to do your job even though I've patiently been waiting.
