I’m so happy that we chose Frederick for our home inspection. I can’t recommend him enough. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He checked every detail, answered any and all questions, gave honest advice, and even let me shadow him while he explained what he was checking. He sent his report immediately after the inspection. It was top notch, with clear explanations and pictures + videos detailing each of his findings.

Fred was very quick in responding and booking us with a home inspection service we needed urgently. He showed up before us and did a thorough job of inspecting the roof, inside the home, appliances etc and explained us in detail the damages. Fred was very friendly and gave us top notch customer service, highly recommend their services.

Rarely do I leave reviews, but this company absolutely deserves five stars and for me to take the time to leave a detailed review! I had reached out to Proximity on a Monday night after hours assuming I would have to Leave a message and get a return call the next day. Instead, the owner of the company (Fred) answered the phone. I had explained to him that I was in a rush to have my home inspection complete because I had a short window to get it done. As a first time homebuyer , I had MANY questions. He took the time to explain with great detail and patience!! Not only was he knowledgeable, professional and patient, but he found a way to get me scheduled quickly knowing my circumstance. Although his office is located in Concord, he had no problem coming to Lodi! Didn’t even hesitate

Fred was very good with us very thorough about all the inspections that he did. He explained it to us which we really appreciate that he took my son along and showed him everything that was going on. I would recommend him to anybody that I know that needs an inspector.
