Excellent and a small community developing in Tracy California (South Tracy) just nearer to TracyHills from the same developer Lennar. It's purely a single house community with 4 plans ranging from 1700 Sft to 2200 Sft. The community is developing a swimming pool and park. The houses are affordable also. There is a K8 school coming up in Tracy Hills to be operational by 2024 academic year. New constructions has started and available for sale online Lennar website. Lennar Hillview Park and Swimming pool is completed and will be ready for use may be from 1st July 2023.
No one was home when we did the tour. But the house looks nice in person.
That photo is a wild bat, found recluse on our garage entrance, and is not going back to wilderness.
They DONT PAY any kind of COMMISSION to agents who bring in a buyer. Absolutely ridiculous! I wanted to purchase a home here and my agent has been nothing but amazing in helping me find my dream home. Very disappointed that I was interested in HillsView and realized they give nothing to their agents. HillView is officially off of my list because of this reason. Very greedy of Lennar to do something like this, you’re telling me on a $700k property you can’t pay a commission fee to an agent?! Truly shows who Lennar is and that they’re only about their money
