Beware of this company; they are the most shameless I've ever encountered. I rented one of their properties for about a year and a half, and I had to break the lease because a neighbor was making life miserable for me and my family. I informed them of this problem several times, and they did nothing about it. Even though I decided to leave and lost my deposit for breaking the lease, and even though they knew this wasn't the first problem with these neighbors, after I left and resigned myself to losing my $2000 deposit, I received an estimate for an additional charge of $380 for painting and a lock. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! We had a very disappointing experience with TPG Property Management company. After moving out of the property and completing our final walkthrough on the same day the home was sold to new owners, they still tried to withhold $1,550 from our security deposit for “repairs” that were completed after the sale and after our tenancy had ended. Not only was the home professionally deep cleaned before we left, but there were also no active maintenance issues at the time of move-out. One of the repair charges even related to a leak that had already been fixed — and was caused by the seller’s plumber (a loose pipe inside wall), not by us as tenants.
