Atlantico at Royal Palm Beach

From the moment I toured the property, I had a good feeling about Atlantico RPB. Our leasing professional, Ashante was very sweet, concise, and knowledgeable about everything I had questions on during my initial tour. Trisha was very accommodating and thoughtful about our needs (we wanted an area with a nice view and lots of quiet space). Heather was very thorough during our move in orientation. Alexa was diligent about addressing any service requests we had. The features and amenities that come with the different floor plans and property are worth the investment. We just moved into Atlantico at Royal Palm Beach, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience so far. From day one, Trisha and Heather at the front desk have been absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make our move smooth and stress-free. Even though the community is brand new, they were incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and patient — explaining everything clearly and making us feel comfortable right away. Unlike other places we visited, Atlantico didn’t feel like a sales pitch; it truly felt like home. Trisha and Heather were not just professional but also genuinely kind and caring. My family and I are glad to be part of this community! Let’s start by saying this place checked all of our boxes as a family with a toddler and a dog. Trish and her friendly team made our entire experience amazing. They have gone above and beyond from the beginning for our family. Move in day was a breeze and we were gifted a door mat and champagne paired with 2 glasses on the counter. This gift made us feel very welcome here. The effort taken did not go unnoticed. Rai from Maintenance has resolved all minor issues quickly and is delightful to speak with. Let’s not forget the gorgeous interior the developer worked hard to put together. My experience since moving into Atlantico has been nothing short of amazing. The property is consistently clean and well maintained, thanks to an exceptional maintenance team. Any time I’ve submitted a request, the response has been prompt and the service outstanding. Trish and the entire office staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to step in and help whenever needed. This has been such a great moving process for me and my family. Trisha and her entire team has been extremely helpful since the beginning. The apartments are beautiful and the prices are reasonable for all the amenities you get with it. We were greeted with a cute door mat and a bottle of wine.
