Billings was recommended to me by my real estate agent as being both thorough and reasonably priced to do the inspection of my cooperative in South Palm Beach. The inspector, Alfredo, was there on time and informed me of all findings on the spot. He gave me his telephone number and said if I had any additional questions don’t hesitate to call him. He also gave me a number of tips which will be very useful in the future when making improvements in my newly purchased property. The property report he issued will also be helpful in making the necessary repairs to my property. Would definitely recommend them as a professional and reliable business.

I recently had a roof/attic inspection done and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything they were checking. They were extremely thorough—inspecting, insulation, possible leaks, and overall roof structure. Highly recommend this team.
