Rosemont Royal Palm

I intentionally waited a few months before writing this review so I could truly get accustomed to the neighborhood, and I can say this has been a nice place to live. The neighborhood is well kept, overall peaceful, and welcoming.The apartment is very spacious and feels like home. I want to give a special shout-out to Victoria. She was the first person I spoke with and helped me throughout the entire application process. She’s incredibly personable, sweet, and supportive. I truly appreciate how helpful and kind she was every step of the way. I did experience a few issues, but the maintenance team handled everything promptly. They jumped on requests as soon as possible, were quick, effective, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I’m loving it so far and would recommend it

My home is so perfect for me!!! Victoria and Evelyn really sealed the deal! They are always friendly and ready to help. I have not had any maintenance issues but the guys are always polite and wave whrn they see me!

Julio, the maintenance supervisor, was very quick & responsive in fixing my appliances. He made sure to keep me informed on updates and next steps. I give him 100% when it comes to making sure residents live comfortably and keeping up the units!!! Very happy with Julio!

This experience of moving was one of the most wonderful experiences I've had. Victoria was amazing In every way possible For a staff member to be. She was knowledgeable about the community, the schools, and the over surrounding areas. She made sure at every time she was available to help throughout the process of getting us moved in. The turnaround was easy and swift. I would recommend if you are looking for a new place to start over this community would be the place. Victoria is going to make sure that she’s available to help throughout the process. She’ll walk you through everything step-by-step making sure you don’t have to continue to do things over and over. As for her personality, it is top-tier. She always had a smile on her face and a very infectious laugh that made you feel right

If I owned a company, I would hire her in a heartbeat! The organization is incredibly lucky to have someone like Victoria as part of their image and team. There are so many other communities that could learn from the level of service, warmth, and enthusiasm she delivers. She truly sets the bar high!
