Townhomes at Crystal Falls

Models are staged nicely - but the upgrades are limited. They did ship lap on a main wall in living area, it's a little too much (that decor look has sailed). Plus the cabinet upgrades seem less than quality. All the bedrooms are upstairs which is a miss. They should have offered atleast 1 layout with the downstairs master. The bathrooms offer no upgrade as far as tile. It's all fiberglass encased shower. 😞 which is horrible since that's not an upgrade. We all know most important rooms are kitchen and bathroom. So overall. Okay. Its like paying $475k+ for an apartment quality. Resell if need be may be difficult due to all bedrooms upstairs and limited to no quality upgrade options. Should have offered more and or a lower price point for the quality and layout.

Parking on the street can get your vehicle towed. They have small narrow driveways that barley fits 1 vehicle. There is parking around the aria witch are already full and they are building more and more multi family units. Where's everybody going to park. Just a observation.

Lovely looking but they don't even want to talk to anyone right now cause their sold out till the construction ends.
