I’ve lived here two years now and have never really had an issue. My sink has leaked twice and John quickly fixes it when I let him know. Convenient location for almost everything.
I do not recommend. The landlord is janky. I’ve been here 3 years and they don’t come fix stuff. They will stress you about rent all the time. I done seen people stay for a few months and leave. Just be careful!!
Nothing has ever been repaired here, worst place to ever lived.
