Cane Creek Apartments

Horrible experience! Property manager made a decision not to move forward with my application because he “THOUGHT he saw me in eviction court with a dude”. No paper work stating that I even had an eviction. When he realized he made a mistake, he didn’t even apologize. He said it was a coincidence. Do not recommend!

Location and atmosphere is the only thing going for this place. The apartments are nice, but they have no insulation and you can feel the cold breeze zipping through windows during winter and hard to keep at a good temperature during the summer. Company cannot keep a maintenance person longer than a few months because there is so many things wrong with these apartments. They may look nice, but once you've been here for a couple months, you will realize the amount of neglect these apartments received when remodeling. Good luck getting maintenance to fix issues. Wait time goes for months if you're lucky.

Cane creek has been nothing but positive for me. My fire alarm went off at 4a and I knew no way to stop it. I called maintenance and Will the maintenance man was her to fix it at that time in the the morning. I called Melissa in the the office and she assured me it would be passed on just how grateful I was.

Watch out for big Victoria in the diarrhea green car. Approved for an apartment and then told me I was denied based on an apartment I never stayed in. She looks hungry 90% of the time. Beware don’t get eaten.

Great looking apartments and they have a nice little park not too far away
