My wife of 22 years called and was told there was a 1 bedroom efficiency available and arranged to meet the manager at 4:00..we made it there on time ,with money in hand, but upon arrival we were looked up and down in a judging manner and was told the room was no longer available... We drove all the way from Ashland,Alabama only to be look at as if we were the scum of the earth.

Used to be a hotel was converted to apts. they have studios and single bedrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is quiet for the most part, there is a on site coin laundry and it is conveniently located in downtown Anniston which puts it in walking distance to pharmacies, groceries and most everything. Everyone here is friendly and genuine, the staff is headed by a pleasant and helpful man named Michael, who is also the property owners Son in law, it’s nice when family can work together. The daytime maintenance man is Tom and he of course is a great guy once he gets to know you and well as long as you don’t give him extra tasks he is more than helpful. There is a private garden and patio area in a Court yard that is created from the buildings being on the corner and extendi
