Shadowood Apartments

My friend has lived here for a couple years. The apartments are nice and have plenty of space. Parking is a little congested but that's the only downside. Josh does a great job with maintenance. If I was looking for a place I would definitely consider here.

Very well kept inside and out. Office is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond. Community is quite and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone

I have lived here for almost two years now. The folks in the office work hard to keep the place nice and clean. Every Maintenance request is handled ASAP. This has been easily the most enjoyable Apartments I have stayed in. Thanks!! Since the last post and I'm about to kick it out of here, you won't go wrong renting an apartment here! Very relaxing back patios and coupled with a nice pool. You will enjoy your time here no doubt. The Property Manager and Maintenance are fantastic. Repairs are still handled promptly and properly. 3 years total of no cutting grass was enjoyable for sure! Peace out!

So far we have loved living here!! The community is nice and the manager and maintenance are so sweet and understanding. We had trouble with our AC and they fixed it as fast as they could. My only complaints would be the parking available and occasionally we can smell marijuana inside our apartment from someone in our building smoking it.

Update: Apartment management has taken action and the smell no longer exists in my apartment. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication to provide a comfortable residence for tenants. Original message: This may not be the best time to provide a review since I have pot smoking neighbors which smells up my apartment. Otherwise, this is a great place to reside.
