Greenbrier Apartments

Lived here for almost 2 years. The process of moving in was very quick easy straight to the point and moving out because I live there for so long. They just told me I had to give 30 days notice easy straight to the point. This is the most easy-going apartment I’ve ever had the opportunity living at.Cheap rent you get what you paid for they were always nice with me and always worked with me if I was late.I didn’t have any problems with the company or the manager Jim just my neighbors ( I hope he’s doing OK sweet man). I never felt unsafe. My apartment was in the corner so it was pretty private walls are pretty thin. I would say a kid friendly neighborhood. The only reason I gave four stars is they kept increasing the rent randomly but they did give us notice.

I dont recommend this place at all. The management on site or at the home office cares about the renters. I lived there for 8 years. They allowed my neighbor to cont to smoke. The maintence guy even smelled it nothing was done. I called olympia who owns them now and no return call

Great place too live .. best landlord ever never have had any problems nothing has seem to fail in our apartment ! Pest control every month inspections every month neighborhood very neat an clean price is right
