Townebridge Apartments

A great place to live at! Apartments are fully renovated, laundry room in unit, Quartz countertops, nice Vinyl floors, everything super aesthetic as I LOVE! Outside is super CLEAN, pool is ALWAYS clean too, super quiet, you’ll never see people outside making noise or nothing like that! The staff is friendly and efficient, the manager Ms.Shawnell is a sweetheart and very professional, a dedicated person who cares about her tenants! I’ve been living here for about 8 months and I can’t complain at ALL!

For 18 months I called this home. The place was freshly renovated, clean, and generally well maintained. When there was an issue it was taken care of within 24 business hours. Shortly after moving in I made great connections with my neighbors in my building. While it is not the newest complex they are doing the best they can to maintain it, only complaint maybe - change out the sliding glass doors!

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Town Bridge Apartments! The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels very safe. The management and maintenance team are always responsive and friendly, which makes a big difference. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and updated, with a layout that feels like home. I also appreciate the convenient location—close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to everything I need. Overall, a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community!

Living space, great. Office staff, TERRIBLE. I’ve had several unprofessional encounters with the office staff, especially the property manager Shawnell. She is a liar and very rude. When trying to find common ground, often times her attitude is ridiculous. The receptionist seems to be under trained. Never the less, I hate that the rude office staff consistently brings down the value of such a well renovated apartment complex.

I live here and the negative reviews are lies! There are no roach infestations and we receive emails and letters on our doors about smoking and noises. Pest control is here monthly to spray. I dont understand how people can blame the manager for everything when she does all she can to keep her tenants happy. That’s not fair to her to blame her for other people not doing their part. I live here and I like my apartment and the manager and I was NOT asked to leave this review.
