Acadian Village Apartments

I am quite happy with the apartment home here. My postal box is opened for me before i bother to use my key! The new roof is great! They do make a good effort to try @ control the trash that people throw on the grounds. When I complained about the postal box : one lady helped me: one told me if i dont like it to move! Thanks for being so direct. I appreciate being talked to in this way. Happy new year!!!

Bad apartment complex. They constantly raise the rent using the excuse of costly repairs that they slack on, gated community but the gates always broken, there parking spaces haven't been painted in years. The laundry room machines are always broken. There's no where for kids to play. They have management that have bad attitudes.very inconsiderate to tenants and our needs,either have there rent or get out pain and simple. It doesn't matter how many years you've lived here. You can be short $100 and beg them to let you stay til you get the paid a couple days later, don't matter to them just get out. No one knows who the owner is. Not even his or her name. These apartments suck point blank period. If I could give them a negative I would. I lost a good friend because of there strict and unsym

My mom and I have been living in these apartments since 2011 and they have gone down tremendously. The machines in the wash room are always broke and they don’t ever fix them, the machine to load your wash card is broken so no one can wash back here at all, my garbage disposal kept breaking and instead of them fixing it, they took it out completely. The tenants above us make so much noise throughout the entire day and no matter how much we complain about it, the office does nothing. My toilet is leaking and the floors are mildewed and moldy but no one comes to fix it.

this is ridiculous i have been living there for couple months and thinking to move because in two months cars were stolen at night just woke up today 11/26/2018 on a car alarm that was being stole. two men ran away it happened at 3.45am hope the complex or apartments owner understand that its important to hire security and letting there clients and families feel safe..hire security ....hire security ...safe lives ...let people feel safe ..kids be safe...messge to the management would you let your family live in these apartments with out security ...

Acadian Village is the worst apartments I have ever lived at if I could have given them - stars I would have, management let one of there employees talk to the tenets any way so wants even if you come to the office to speak with them about her, she’s standing in the background making comments, so unprofessional also because I made a complaint about here they no longer come into my apartment to change the a/c filter which is their job. I can not wait until I move.
