I have been here for three years and now, I wouldn't consider moving. We are under new management and have a new office and maintenance staff that are professional, friendly, and courteous. It's affordable, they provide resolutions in a timely manner, and there is zero tolerance for rule violations which keeps it safe and quiet.

This place needs to be shut down. don’t ever move here, especially if you have kids The mildew throughout the units are horrible from the rats, roaches And leaky ceilings

Don’t move in these disgusting apartments, roaches, mold and rats everywhere in here. They don’t care about it either as long as they get the rent money.

Horrible staff, horrible apartments Roaches, mold ,washer and dryers broke. Had a leak in the ceiling and instead of them fixing the problem plugged the hole. Ceiling has water stains. Office is no help. This is disgusting would not recommend

This is the largest example of “you get what you pay for” if you’re someone now starting out or need low rent this is great for that, everything else is disappointing. I had the unfortunate circumstance of being broken into while away on vacation, I received no notice of the break in till I came back but in that time they put a board up at the broken sliding door; when I asked why I wasn’t contacted I got “well how were we supposed to know you were out of town”. They get two stars because when I asked to move apartments they did. This apartment wasn’t mopped so your feet stuck to the floor and there was staining on the carpet which I was told was recorded and I won’t be charged for. After I moved out, I received for a bill and had search to find the picture of the prior staining in order t
