Towne Properties - Kentucky District Office

If you want a McDonald's type HOA property management with poor, disrespectful, apathetic service, this is for you. If not....RUN!!!!! In response to the TP response.... I already spoke to the regional VP of our account manager and yet the same issues have NOT been addressed including the Account Manager's arrogant and condescending attitude. I have also added some pictures as proof that I am not just a complainer but have valid documented support including emails and pictures. This is not new and has been going on since the inception. Why hasn't it been addressed?

By far, the ABSOLUTE WORST property management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have blatantly ignored unsupervised and unattended animals throughout the community the entire 2 years I’ve lived here - major safety concern. And even had the audacity to tell me I should be the one to contact the health department or local animal control service - sure, let me do your job for you. In what world is that an acceptable response? I have been begging for a solution only to receive an email response of “ Please know that Towne has taken steps to prevent the homeowner from continuing this offense.” But won’t share the “steps” they’ve taken. Coming from someone who has worked in property management, the bar is literally below the floor with this organization.

Karie Stegner & Jennifer Sebastian do a fantastic job with the administration and management of our 750 home 55 acre HOA in Northern Kentucky. We are not an easy community to manage, and with a 7 member Board that consistently rotates in and out by design, our community can be a challenge. I know this because I’ve been involved with our Board for almost five years and have been through three different management companies in that short amount of time. I think we have finally found our partner with Towne Properties and Karie and her team. They make our volunteer roles as painless as they can possibly be, which is important when it comes to actually keeping volunteers in place. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a professional management partner.

BEWARE! Stay away! Reviewing on behalf of a post I saw on social media. Your negligence and lack of urgency to resolve a sinkhole issue in a lady’s driveway is enough to make this review necessary. How can you continue to make this woman drive her car over her clearly sinking driveway instead of mediating and resolving this issue? Who would ever feel comfortable associating with this company? They can’t even keep their current clientele safe! Disgusting company, unwilling to do the right thing for the safety of people under their umbrella.

Jennifer at Towne Properties has always provided excellent service for me over the years. My first time interacting with her was in 2021, during the Covid experience and then again this year; both times, she has reacted to my phone calls or emails very promptly and professionally and she is always committed to giving great customer service for her clients. She does a great job and I very much appreciate her dedication to her clients.
