I’ve been here for a little over two years now and after being essentially “homeless” for over a year prior to moving in, I’m so happy and thankful to call it home! For starters, we are in a great location! You can walk to a couple of different nearby restaurants/convenient stores. We’re even around the block from family and a few blocks from Kroger and other major retailers and restaurants. Erlanger Police Department is also right around the corner, giving a peace of mind for safety and emergencies. Not to mention that the school is literally in our back yard, so walking to and from school is easy for the kids and easy for this Momma because I can actually watch them doing so! We even have classmates living in the units directly beside us which is a nice touch. Our unit is accommodating

Huge thanks to Jodi, the property manager for being so helpful and making everything happen on time. She made sure I got into my apartment without any issues and the whole process was smooth and easy The apartment is great and clean with new appliances and in a really good location. Im very happy with the place and really appreciate all of Jodi s help Definitely recommend

Just got approved to move in. Haven't moved yet but so far 5 stars. Jodi is friendly and awesome and get us in quick. I appreciate her assistance with everything!

Update: Maintenance has been over sealed the bedroom window and completed some items. They have a very friendly maintenance staff and a pleasure to deal with! They are working to complete the task that need done. I do still feel like I should have my rent adjusted for the inconvenience of not using my bedroom for a month plus or the very least electric bill covered. Original: Jodi is very friendly but I've lived here for a month and have yet to be able to use my bedroom it due to it being extremely cold. It was supposed to be move it ready and I've had 13 issues with the apartment not being up to code. I'm expected to pay for a completely renovated apartment that I can only use 1 bedroom of causing me to sleep on the couch daily. I've asked for it there doesn't seem to be urgency. Since I

Cracks in foundation letting air escape from out of our apartment. Concrete stairs that are such in horrifying condition and look like they will fail at any moment. Apartments are not worth the asking price for rent at all. Barely fix anything and you can see where they have just painted over old fixes and damages
