I built a home on my property and used LAMS Contractors. They completed extensive tile work, cabinets, trim, and concrete. I wish I had known them sooner, because I would have used them for much more. They were by far my best contractors. Alfonso and crew are in constant communication to make sure everything is done to your desire. The work is top rate and affordable compared to other contractors. Everyone is friendly and professional. The work was always completed on time or early. I highly recommend and look forward to using their services in the future.

Floor Installation: Alfonso and crew did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. The replacement was conducted in a very professional manner and the crew was very fast. They did the disposal of the old floor, and they were very careful with the furniture around the house. I am very satisfied with the quality and the work done. Reasonable price. Alfonso and his crews have done many jobs for us. Built a new deck, installed carpet, luxury vinyl and kitchen cabinets. Impeccable work ethic! Shows up on time, works well with homeowners, cleans up when job is done. Everything Lams Contractors have done for us, has been done beautifully and very reasonably compared to other bids we have received. I have more projects planned for Alfonso. Alfonso worked with me to get my deck replaced. My insurance was going to cancel my coverage if I didn't get it done. It was a nail biter but he did the job and he successfully created a beautiful deck for my guests and me! Thank you and we'll get those railings replaced with better ones next year!

We recently had Alfonso/LAMS Contractors lay new carpeting throughout our house. They also refinished a hardwood floor in our entranceway and regrouted a tile floor in our kitchen. The results in all areas of our home were flawless. Beyond that, the people who performed this beautiful work were on time, friendly, and respectful of our belongings. It was a big undertaking and because of their professionalism, it was not stressful for my husband and I. All our expectations were met. Job well done!!!
