Blue Grass Manor Apartments

Living at Blue Grass Manor has been a delightful and peaceful journey. Being a new resident to Kentucky, I had no idea what the communities were like let alone where to move. I came across Blue Grass because it was one of the many complexes close to my job. When I came in and met Lindsey the property manager, it was like I had known her all my life. She was such a wonderful, knowledgeable and positive person to work with. After moving in and meeting all the staff including maintenance, I had finally found a place I love calling home. It’s clean, quiet, peaceful, affordable, convenient and overall a fantastic place to live!!!! I love it and so does my dog!!!

Lived there in the 70s . They don't like my car because it's been dented over the years. It a 2013! Rent every place is too high to be moving there or anywhere right now . : (

Bill was very personable and very thorough. The work was done well and I enjoyed interacting with him. He gave us some good suggestions. I am very pleased.

Former resident, moved out in December due to positive life changes. I absolutely loved my time there, about 1.5 years. Jennifer and Lindsey in the offfice are amazing. The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. The grounds are well kept, and feels like home very quickly. Had my situation not changed, I would definitely have been a long term resident. I cant say enough positive things about this place. If you are looking for a nice, affordable, clean place to live, this is were you want to go.

If you are looking for a place to live then look away. This place absolutely sucks in every aspect. They take forever with maintenance, micro manage every little detail unless you have 4 plus kids in a 2 bedroom place. They barely keep the pool clean
