Town Square Apartments

DO NOT MOVE IN ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS!! When I lived here we had issues with maintenance and the office would not get back to you you’d have to call them back , our kids got bullied, when I moved in there were dead roaches from previous owner , the doors were chewed on like a dog did it , stains on floor patio and walls not worth it for how much the rent was and goes up every year . My kids tub got mold because there was a leak where the pipe was on top of ceiling were the tub was and maintenance came in and fix it and wipe the mold off with a towel didn’t treat it and placed the caulking over it , I had to clean it and remove the caulking and spend out of my money because my child has asthma. Then one year the vents were getting mold around the vents and I had to constantly call

I visited a family member , as a hispanic letting my kids go play thinking everything will be fine they were all bullied by African American kids .Kids were ring the door and kicking doors , steal packages, thief in cars not feeling safe for my family members. The maintenance never fixed ANYTHING, taking long or closing out a maintenance order when they never came by , MOLD in apartments . If you have kids dont move in you can smell WEED thru vents worst place ever...... And there GOVERNMENT assisting so your neighbors could be paying 40$ an your paying 1300$ for what to deal.with all this there are better places you can pay same price that are a better environment with same price ....AVOID THIS PLACE i would give zero star if I can but not an option .

One of the worst experiences I have ever had renting. The old property manager was TOTALLY unprofessional. She was loud in the office, cursing as people were applying, and in front of current tenants. She had a NASTY attitude if she had to enter your apartment always trying to tell you that they had the right to come in. (as if we didn't know that already) Then there is the condition of the grounds as well. My apartment was on the 1st floor and outside of the patio was dirt, on a dry day, and a lagoon when it rained. We could not put anything out to be able to walk across the mud because it "changes the appearance of the property." Then there was the dishwasher situation. The spray arm broke off inside the dishwasher, a maintenance request was submitted, and they brought a new one...A YEAR

I had a pipe burst ABOVE my living room last Monday. Fire department stated that it was not my fault. An access panel to the attic was left open during the cold snap. They were quick enough to replace my carpet since it would inconvenience the people below me. I now have signs of black mold on my ceiling. And no one from the office has bothered to come and survey this. Gross negligence.

I want tocommend office manager April Cruz for going above and beyond in finding the apt that I needed for myself , after looking and looking and looking sum more she stepped in and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. And needing.. Definitely wasva god send when i was in need. And ready to give up. Definitely have a gem working in the office. Thank you April!!! Thank you town and country
