I am not swayed by other reviews, but I do see where the poor reviews come from.. We were very interested in a property in Virginia. Realtor was very pleasant showing the house, but has completely ignored our phone calls. Very disappointed with Gwen's lack of interest. The property remains for sale.

Zero is my preferred star rating. Dishonest interaction with this group. Could not be more disappointed with my one and only interaction. Gave a bid on land on Deakins within the first day of the listing. I was told I was the first offer in. The seller counter offered via text stating he was replying via text because he was at work BUT he will except an exact amount. Immediately replied with electronic signature for that amount. 24 hours later was told the seller accepted another offer.I was SHOCKED! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE MORALES AND DISHONEST APPROACH TO THIS ACCEPTED AND ELECTRICALLY SIGNED COUNTER OFFER. And of course no one will discuss with me. 🤬 Not sure how they can sleep at night handling hard working honest people like this.

I dont typically write bad reviews but our experience was unpleasant. We rented a house from this company for one year. We did not have a stove for 5 months. We had a leaking basement and electrical issues in both bathrooms. Unfortunately, the problems were never fixed.When we move when our lease was up and they deducted $160 from our deposit for lawn care. We didn't receive our deposit until we had moved for 30 days. Very unprofessional.

If there was an option for no stars, I would have selected it for all categories. Second encounter with dealing with Town and Country Realtor and both experiences were horrific. Most recent experience occurring after our home inspection. We were told that the sellers were not willing to negotiate any repairs. I did not understand why the sellers just did not list their house “as is” since they knowingly knew they were not willing to negotiate. However, the agent that was suppose to be acting on both the sellers and buyers behaves, tried to pass the blame off on me, the buyer, by saying I was not in compliance with addendum the sellers decided to add to the contract a day later after the original one was signed. The addendum wanted an appraisal ordered within 5 days of the binding contract.
