JWP/DRP Apartment Rentals

Grateful to have had such a great place to stay while in college. The landlords were awesome. The apartment I stayed in (bldg 657) was well maintained and in a safe and quiet location. It had a running/walking trail nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. Nothing bad to say about these apartments!

Beautiful apartments. I went and looked at one n Friday and the one I looked at one on Arch St. in Kingsport.. it was gorgeous and very clean. It has a dishwasher and a stackable washer and dryer ,, hardwood floors , decent size bedroom and living room. Very nice kitchen with nice cabinets and a front and back porch where I would rock my granddaughter until she didn’t want to rock anymore lol liked it a lot and I hope my application gets approved so I can enjoy living there. Oh and there was also a little granny that lives next door and she was on the back porch . We talked for the longest time. She was very sweet and she , too , was excited about being neighbors and spoiling my little grand baby.

I lived in the Roller Street Apartments for 2 years. They were clean and spacious, in a great location, and priced very affordably. So close to downtown and within walking distance to food, bars and grocery store. The Owners were wonderful and quick to respond to any issues. I would recommend these units to anyone looking for a rental.

Recently was looking for an apartment that was listed by this company on Craigslist. Specifically 291 Austin Springs. I called the manager who was extremely unprofessional, and seems to be lacking in the customer service department. I scheduled a time to come by and fill out an application, manager was more unprofessional in person, didn't even look like a manager. Didn't show me the apartment, I was instructed to walk over to the apartment and fill out a paper application, no pen was found, so I had to walk back to grab a pen, and felt uncomfortable the entire time. The managers name is Debbie. After filling everything out, I had to run across town to pull out $25 in cash because they do not accept major credit cards. I have lived in one of their apartments for 3 years and had no issues. James and Crystal are attentive to needs of their tenants and are always around the complex making sure everything is kept up.
