Been out of a rental house of Blue Ridge property for 2 years and now they sent me to collections saying I owe them money. In the time I was there they sent a contractor out to preassure wash the garage, they ended up chipping the paint on my car in the garage. An electrical outlet was smoking in master bedroom they sent an electrician out to repair, he blew my tv and Blu-ray player up. I contacted Tersa Myers it took her one month to respond back. When I contacted them over the issues even though it was contractors they hired their comment was not their problem. Not to mention the range in kitchen caught on fire, basement flooded 3 times and when personal property was damaged again they said not their problem. Worst place ever. 100% would recommend Jessica Quinn. She managed our property as a rental for 3 years and did great work. This year I decided to sell the property. Jessica oversaw $15K of repairs/upgrade to prep the house for the market. She handled everything, and I do mean everything. She ensured all the repairs were done, received multiple quotes, and made sure the work was done quickly. What could have taken 6 months only 3. She ensure the house was move-in ready and we received several great offers. Again, it can not understated how great of work Jessica did.
