Patriot Title Company

I'm pretty disappointed. Granted, my closing wasn't going to be a standard one, they were unable to draw up a simple loan agreement. They had over a month to get the paperwork sorted out, or let me know they wouldn't be able to. They ended up waiting until 4 days before closing to tell me they for sure couldn't do it and charging me $450 for title work that I could do nothing with. I switched to a different title company, and who drew up the document and closed in the 4 days. Maybe for a simple closing they would be able to help, but they definitely lost my future business.

Purchased my first home. They were so accommodating. I had a dedicated person who made sure everything they needed was obtained prior to closing. She also explained the process thoroughly to me. There was an issue with my new home before closing that had to be fixed. They stayed late that day so we could close. I was extremely impressed with the care they took, both of the process and of me. No pressure, it's take your time we aren't in a hurry.

As a Realtor is very important to partner with companies who are willing to extend the same high quality of service as we do. At Patriot, they do a great job keeping everyone informed, they are prompt to answer to any questions, and are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Great service and very professional. They helped us to make our buying process a lot smoother. They communicated with the sellers and my loan officer and got everything put together for us. I was also glad someone from Patriot called me to let me know exactly what I needed to bring with me for closing.
