Great, helpful staff. Many homes to view. All questions answered thoroughly. Couldn’t ask for more.

Loved the home at 1st for room and appearance. But within first year windows were not in right , men came later on to fix. Now the framing is coming off everything with in bathroom ( the outer wall is moving out) and then all the frame work is over pressurized so all nails went threw the work and the framing is falling off . So it would be a 5 if everything within the 1st year was good and stayed good for at least 5 years but it wasn't . But it is a good home for what you pay. If you understand that it's good. Only material problems. Otherwise they were very good to us helping us through every process and being very quick with responses. Very friendly and professional. Thank you for your work!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! Our experience was less than satisfactory. Told us our house would have an 8-12 week build time when we ordered it in July. It was not completed until the first week of December which was a 20 week build time. During this time I asked that they schedule the plumbing and heating work to be done as soon as the house was delivered to our site. Kim or his manager would not reply to my emails for weeks on end. Told us we would be scheduled with the crane in December and that didn't happen until January. Turns out there were multiple houses in front of us, when they originally told us that our house was next. Once the house was delivered it took over a month to get any of their contractors in to start on the work. They would tell me things were schedul

What started out as a positive experience soon changed while working with Town & Country and specifically salesman Tim. With any project, “road blocks” may arise which prevents things to work in the way you had hoped. We were upfront with Town & Country about everything on our end, however, that was not reciprocated. One of the issues that came up for us was the need for multiple permits: I was told that we must be our own contractor when it came to permits and we didn’t realize how much they cost. Long story short we ended up having to cancel our home order because of these issues only to find out that Town & Country offers the service to complete the permits and it was never offered to us (even when I specifically told the salesman why we needed to cancel). Once I found out that they off

We ordered our modular home (“Country Cottage”) from Town & Country in August 2018 and moved into it in August 2019. It is now August 2020. Here are some things to consider if you’re thinking about buying from T&C: 1. FORMALDEHYDE. Modular and manufactured homes leach formaldehyde in amounts that are potentially hazardous, especially to people with pulmonary issues. We did not know this, and it was a problem. 2. TIMELINESS. When we ordered our house (Aug 2018), our salesman estimated a three-month turnaround from ordering to moving in, which should have been Nov 2018. But we did not move in until August 2019. 3. COST. The base price of $62,725 attracted us, but our house wound up costing $135,000 (that’s just for the house, not the land it’s on). Also, the brochures tell you everything is
