After living in San Diego for over a decade, transitioning back to the Midwest was not easy for me. That is, until I moved to Park West. From the moment I settled in, the Midwest truly began to feel like home again. The sense of community here is great. Residents are respectful, tend to keep to themselves, yet everyone is friendly and neighborly. Given my demanding schedule, I was initially concerned about potential noise and shared walls. I can say we have not experienced any noise issues. It has been peaceful and quiet, which we deeply appreciate. The property itself is exceptionally well maintained. We’re thankful to have found such a great place to rent for a year at Rooney property park west. Grace was so kind & helped us feel right at home. The pool/clubhouse was our favorite amenity & my kids throughly enjoyed it. Maintenance was also very quick to any problems we ran into. Overall very pleased with our time spent here.

I am relocating to Wisconsin from Florida and took a few days off work to view apartments in the Eau Claire area. I reached out to the manager at the Paragon apartments, which looked perfect for me, to set up a tour. She told me she was unable to accommodate me for a showing either of the days I was in town visiting properties. I completely understand some properties are closed on Fridays and through the weekends, so I told her no worries I would be happy to view video walk throughs of the apartment units that were available. She said she would get some made and send them over. After following up multiple times, she ignored me and never sent any video tours over. I guess I dodged a bullet with poor management, but was disappointed I never got the opportunity to view the community.

Rooney Property Management is a great company! After owning our tiny ranch house for nearly 20 years, we sold our home and moved across town into a Townhouse. We LOVE our Willow Creek Townhouse in Chippewa Falls! We have so much more space than we've ever had and fantastic amenities: Four bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, a laundry room, a 2-car garage, a nice deck off the patio, gas fireplace, small pets allowed, and lawn care/snow removal included. In addition, it is a great neighborhood on the edge of town with new townhouses, duplexes, single-family homes, sidewalks, street lights, and several ponds with water fountains. We hesitated to return to renting after owning a home, but we are delighted as we are nearing the end of our first year in our townhouse. The management is terrific. Shou

Typical landlord behavior. Hasnt sent anyone to empty out dog waste disposal bins in two weeks. This is a damn- near monthly occurance at this point. Who knew how hard it would be to pay someone to do this after raising people's rent during an oncoming recession? And dont even get me started on hiring people to do regular scheduled maintenance on things such as A/C units, dishwashers, etc. Makes me wonder how clean the owner's multi-million dollar property is on a daily basis. Oh well, if you aint a millionaire, you aint shit, right?
