My dad loves hear and loves it. Staff are very nice. They have workers that will help you in any way. If something breaks they will fix it asap. Based on your income and very affordable. Cable and internet is only $10 a month. His eletric is like $30 a month.

The apartments were nice sized however I didn't care for the bathroom or the kitchen sink, cupboard space. The rest was great. The patio was wonderful

Very friendly environment and beautiful view of the river in the back!! The property manager is a very professional person and is very helpful!! Mark is an awsome person!!

Very poor place to live it's like a prison for handicapped and n mentally disabled etc. The staff on site are very vebally and mentally abusive to the residents on site and should be repremanded charges filed upon them as there apartment property managers not psychiatrists as the act and pretend to be I would not let me family go there if I was y'all there names are Maria and kalena sad how people are today
