I showed up unannounced and 30 minutes before closing. Dale still sat down with me. He still discussed everything I had asked about & more. He was very thurough. He listened to me ramble about my kids. Let me look around. I met Jeff too briefly. He was very nice too! He held the door for me. Dale is the man I dealt with and he was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm drawing floorplan this weekend. Thanks again! Give them a chance you will be surprised!

We went to the Chippewa Falls, WI model home lot. Found a couple home models we like, the lot guy that was there was friendly and informative.

Great value, excellent staff who care about your satisfaction and aren't pushy!! Dale spent a long time yesterday answering all of my questions and making sure I knew about options like appliances and HVAC without making me feel pressured to choose anything in particular. After my phone call yesterday, he had a few options ready to show me that met my criteria.

We rent crop land from design homes and they're good to work with, although I have not bought a house from them I am certain that would cary through for a house as well.

So happy we went with Design Homes! They do quality work at a good price. We worked with Tom and he was absolutely fantastic!!
