Myself and others have experienced ongoing manipulation and gaslighting from this company. My unit had significant flooding due to leaky pipes, and it took them 3 months to address this issue. Walls had to be torn down. Furthermore, Lisa wanted me to pay for the plumber to come out. The rusty locks to the doors kept breaking, and I was blamed for it as well. They will put off plowing the snow in winter for as long as possible, if at all, and there were times that I had to miss work because they refused to call the plowing company. One day at work, Shannon called me regarding an issue, and she became belligerent over the phone. Everyone at my office could hear her shouting at me before she hung up. TRES were the property managers for a unit we rented in Northeast that ended up being infested with mice and cockroaches. Water poured through electrical fixtures in the ceiling. The windows were drafty and not up to code. The upstairs neighbors seemed to have their entire extended families living there, smoking cigarettes inside and yelling all night. Electrical issues left and right. The city inspectors we had out couldn't believe what they were seeing. We were good tenants - tried to take care of things ourselves, never missed rent, kept the place in good upkeep. Getting an adequate response from Lisa was like pulling teeth. I wouldn't recommend TRES to my worst enemy.

We rented from Lisa / total real estate success for 2 years. We had minimal repairs during that time and when issues arose they were addressed in a timely manner. When the time came to purchase a home, Lisa went the extra mile to help us find exactly what we were looking for as well as putting up with our ignorance as first time home buyers. We looked at many homes 40+ minutes away from the metro and Lisa was always willing to make the drive and help us look. She was patient with us during the actual purchase as well. Dealing with our frustration during underwriting. We wound up with what is by far the best home we looked at. She even found us a sublease for our rental making the transition seamless. Glad to see I'm not the only one with a horrible experience. Lisa is the worst property manager ever, yes she's just in it for the money as others stated, cares nothing about tenants, I have repairs pending for 6 months that she keeps puting off. Now my electric is out and she's not fixing that. Shes the worst to work with, not recommended. *Don't rent at 8801 W. 35th street St. Louis Park.*

Had a fantastic experience working with Lisa. We had just moved out to the Minneapolis area and were searching for a place to call home. Found a place online and Lisa was quick to respond, made a showing the next day, and secured the property for us the following day. Lisa was fantastic to work with and nothing but transparent.
