I think it would be helpful if management provided a suggestion box where residents can share their opinions and ideas. Additionally, the first-floor bathroom is consistently unavailable and kept locked, which is inconvenient since it’s the closest restroom to the pool and should be accessible. Lastly, despite being a resident here for over three years, I was denied the opportunity to apply for a two-bedroom unit and wasn’t even allowed to fill out a form. I feel this process is unfair and should be reconsidered.

This 99-unit apartment complex features laundry rooms on each floor and a 24-hour laundry in the basement. It also features a hot tub, a sauna, a gym (workout room) with equipment, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool (open during summer months). Onsite management provides accessible services.

I moved in September of 24 and it has been absolutely WONDERFUL . Rick is the best landlord i have ever had. Quick to respond to all my questions and needs. Jeff from maintenance is spectacular as well. I had a small water issue and he was here bright and early to help. The amenities are great as well. 3 cedarwood saunas, 2 pools, jacuzzi and work out room. What else can you ask for?! Best place ever ❤️

It has been a very enjoyable experience living at Aquarius! Rick is such a wonderful property manager and is extremely personable with all residents, making the moving in process very easy. Jeff handles any and all maintenance timely and efficiently. Overall, the building is safe and quiet and has been a lovely place to live so far!
