Rose Mall Apartments

My second go around with this place and I couldn't be more pleased. Maintenance and management is great, responsive and attentive. Location is perfect. If you have a view of the courtyard then you'll have a great view. Otherwise, not much chaos with traffic or surrounding buildings. If you're tired of hearing your neighbors than you're in luck. First of all hello, you live in an apartment complex, so you may hear some neighbor noise, but the way the building complex is set up, you should be just fine. The place is well spread out with neighbor traffic, noise and parking. In the middle range of price but well worth it because they offer the best amount of space for the price. The management at this apartment is really great. Alexander and Jami are prompt in their correspondence, polite and professional. The apartments are older and have some wear and tear but they are spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light from the windows. The walls are solid. You can usually only hear neighbors when they are in the foyer area. The laundry units are small, so I have been driving to the local laundromat instead. UPDATE: I started using the laundry units in the apartment when I calculated that the cost was comparable to going to the local laundry mat. Now I only go to the mat when I have to wash something big like my bed comforter. The apartment pool is a great feature! It is big and has a nice deep area. My little family of 4 have been living here for 3 years. The staff is kind and quickly responds to any concerns or issues we have. We are in a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The walls are quite thin so sound travels well from our neighbors. We love the outdoor swimming pool. Parking gets full quick in the evening, but because of this they are adding more parking spots! They are always updating the exterior grounds. The apartment is large and spacious, bedrooms are decent sizes. If you renew your lease for another year they usually offer to paint your walls, clean the carpet, or some other cool gadget. Great location and easy access to the freeway.

I've been living here for three years. If you're looking for a reasonably priced apartment in Roseville, it is a good choice. It is important to note the site management changed just over three years ago. From what I've heard the old manager was negligent, didn't try too hard to refill vacancies, to say nothing of managing problems. The current office staff is excellent. They've always been courteous and professional. Things are being repaired and maintained. The only complaint I have is the floor boards. As someone else mentioned the boards can be creaky in some areas. Aside form that, the location is great. Having a bedroom AC unit is wonderful. The windows were replaced two years ago. I have lived in Rose Mall for over 2 years, and the only reason I am moving is due to a job change. The staff is so wonderful, they are always willing to help if you need it and are always friendly. I always received notice of needing to have my car out of the parking lot at least 48 hours in advance, as well as notice of any staff needing to enter my apartment. The units are nicely designed and spacious, with plenty of storage areas. It's in a great area, and having Target right across the street is a huge bonus. I would absolutely recommend Rose Mall as a place to live!
