James at Hiller Real Estate was better then the best! Let me explain... There is a realtor in town that is often viewed as the best around. If you've seen a person with arms stretched wide on billboards, you know who I'm talking about. Their realtor was very nice, but didn't give us the help we needed in selling a family member's home. James on the other hand jumped in with both feet and was a member of our team immediately. He coordinated everything from contractors to utilities. He even enlisted his father to pitch in one day when we were all clearing out some things that had to go. This service was a godsend. James was knowledgeable and patient - a true pro. He explained all the things that confused us (there were quite a few) and always made time for us, despite our limited budget. He made a complicated process seem easy. When a new city ordinance threatened our closing at the last minute, James took charge and resolved everything in a matter of days. You can tell how much James loves this job. It's amazing how much he knows about houses. He's genuinely fun to talk to. Touring homes with him was both fun and educational.
