If i could give no stars i would. We used them last May for our new home purchase. They were at the home for approx 1 hr for an over 2,000 square foot home with an in-ground pool. Since we’ve been in the new home (13 months) we’ve had to get a completely new roof (roof leaked into our home in multiple spots after the first major rain storm, having been in the home for 4 weeks), new hot water heater (the first week here we had no hot water), new gutters, add pipes for drainage (they were there but not connected to anything and water was just going into the foundation)have plumbing work done, electrical (there were live wires in the attic and closet that were never addressed), have our furnace fixed ( didn’t work- was hot-wired) , HVAC system fixed (it wasn’t connected to anything in the

Owner was very nice but expensive things were missed. Said the roof was 15 years old and would last another 10 or more years. Multiple roofers told us it was easily 30 and needed to be replaced. Same with chimney, also needed to be completely redone. Such a bummer with a first time house.
