We had the best experience working with Renee Williams while finding our very first home. Renee was professional, patient, and honest with us through the entire process and really took the time to guide my husband and I through everything and explained every little detail that we needed to know. She also takes the time to get to know her clients on a more personal level and becomes somebody you can really trust when purchasing a home. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the Christian Saunders Real Estate office, specifically with one of their agents, Kristen Hopkins. My experience with this real estate office was far from satisfactory, primarily due to Kristen's unpleasant personality and short temper. Throughout my interactions with Kristen and the Christian Saunders Real Estate office, I consistently encountered an unpleasant demeanor and a notable lack of professionalism. Kristen's short temper was apparent from the outset, making it challenging to have productive and comfortable conversations. One of the most frustrating aspects of working with Kristen and this real estate office was their poor communication. Kristen was notorious for not returning text messages and calls in a timely manner, if at all.
