The office made my closing a breeze. I was remote and did not attend closing. They made sure I had all the documents prior for notarization and quickly after the close date the I had all documents, loan payoffs, and check. Great, courteous people to work with!

Nearly 2 years after closing I get a notice from the tax claim office that there are unpaid taxes from the time of my closing. This office was absolutely no help in this situation. Basically I was instructed to talk to anyone else since it's not their problem. However the loan finacer explained they were supposed to issue the payments since everything was escrowed. There is a complete lack of accountability. We contract them to preform services and they are more than eager to accept our money but as soon as there is an error there is lack of responsibility. Not the kind of service I would expect from a company responsible for such important business matters.

Jason and his team helped us close on our first home. I talked with Jason and his team on the phone during the process and they always put me at ease with the closing process. I just wanted everything to go smoothly since my wife was 9 months pregnant. Closing day came and I wish I could say it went without any snags, but it did not. My wife went into labor a couple hours before closing. Jason and his team worked to make sure we would still close on that day, no matter how we had to do it. He even came to the hospital 4 hours after my wife had the baby and we signed the documents to become homeowners! We can't thank Jason and his team enough for their flexibility and knowledge throughout this process.

Lisa and the rest of Golden Dome are top notch. They are always are on top of my deals. We have closed several purchases and a couple of sales. Highly recommend them!

I contacted this firm for a simple title transfer. They told me it would take a few days. After 2 months nothing was done. They wouldn't return a phone call or email, to update me on the status. They did NOTHING. and Never called or responded to my requests for a simple update. That is rude and unprofessional. Go elsewhere! !!
