Home365 - Scranton

We rented from Home365 for two years and we would not recommend renting through this company. The issues started when we submitted our app for consideration, as the portal we had to use would time out in the middle of applying. Then, we were informed our app was accepted and we would be renting the home, but the company continued with showings even though it was ours. We lived in another state at the time, but my MIL visited the house during the first showing and noticed there were no smoke alarms. Upon request they were added, but we should not have had to request something that is required by law. We moved in and quickly learned that there was no key for the garage. Great people to work with. Been doing business with them since 2020. Sara Fabian, Que T., Marcos, and Justin have all been awesome to work with. Always responsive to texts and calls and pleasant to do business with. Their new app update has also helped with communication as well. Would definitely recommend Home365 and the team there.

Absolute WORST company I have ever worked with. Justin, out of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre branch has no communication skills. I have to email him 3-5 times before he sends me any type of response. No one at the company will ever answer the phone. If you own properties and are looking for a management company, stay FAR away from home365. They will also charge you every year when your lease renews. They will not change a single thing on the lease, but you will be charged... If I could give them a 0 star I would. Save yourself the headache and do not even consider this company for managing your properties.

Working with Home365 to manage my rental has not been easy. The app does not work for scheduling meetings and the messages I've left for my customer satisfaction director at the 800# remain unanswered. For almost a year my requests for action at my property and actions associated to my rental fee have not been resolved. Justin - schedule a meeting, I will attend.

Alfonso has been a great asset to the Home365 family. He is very responsive and always helpful with any questions or concerns. As a vendor, it is imperative we we get the support that we need in order to complete the work in a timely manner. He is courteous and thorough which helps tremendously.
