Total House Inspection

Bryan From Total House Inspections is my preferred inspector for my clients. -- he is thorough and extremely knowledgable. He lets you know at the end if he personally would buy it after going through the walkthrough and pointing things out. He is ALWAYS early to get the ball rolling.and not one of those inspectors who try to make a big deal over minor issues. He's very HONEST with agents and clients. I will always recommend him.

To the best of their ability even in limited areas hard to see, they left no stone unturned. Very thorough. Took plenty of time with me to go over every detail. Turnaround for full report was less than 24 hours. Pricing was comparable to most other companies. Would absolutely recommend.
