Cedar Valley Luxury Apartments

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year, and my experience has been great. The community is peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciate. The common areas are always well-kept, which really makes the community feel comfortable and cared for. Whenever an issue comes up, maintenance and the property management team responds quickly and make sure everything is taken care of. Overall, I’ve been very happy living here and would definitely recommend CVLA to others.

I lived at Cedar Valley Luxury for 2 years before moving to the other property managed by this property company, First Lofts in downtown Rochester. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Cedar Valley and was always provided exceptional service from Terri, Brandon and the team. The building was always clean and immaculate; any issues that would come up were promptly dealt with. I highly recommend Cedar Valley.

I’m still a tenant here. Do not apply or move in here. First off, all of the 5 star reviews are by family and friends of the property manager and staff (same last name as the property manager and owner of building). The dumpster area is always littered with overflowing debris. The windows are not caulked right and cold air permeates extensively in the winter. The showers are not caulked right and water and mold builds under and around the shower. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The first month I moved in they painted the unit one day before my move in, and I had to stay with family until the latex paint dried. Cedar Valley Luxury Apartments is a newer, clean and adequately maintained property. One pet peeve we have is that some residents fail to collapse their empty cardboard packaging boxes before throwing them out in the single dumpster, creating an overflow situation. Overall, CVLA is a clean, peaceful and nice place to live for those who choose the apartment rental option in Rochester Hills.

I have had the best experience living at Cedar Valley so far. The building stays clean, smells fresh and tenants are very respectful. Terri especially made my transition easier by making sure things were up to par, checking in and maintenance is fast when it comes to work orders. My studio is spacious, I love the tall ceilings and open concept. I love the modern look of this complex and would recommend anyone to live here. The price reflects the beauty and updates without amenities, like a pool/hot tub, it still has everything I need. It’s quiet and beautiful with nice upgrades.
